Key Responsibilities • Design, Document and Implement the operationalization of new products and services, translate into servicing handling and clear actions
• Build and lead a professional operation and service delivery team
• Support teams on medium/long-term planning, resourcing
• Drive operational reviews and rhythm of the business that use analysis and established critical metrics
• Identify, scope and drive critical projects and initiatives
• Orchestrating the organization through the execution operational best practices in support of the market needs (both upstream and downstream) to ultimately ensure on-time delivery to our channel partners and customers
• Share information about global best practices, innovative ideas, and collaborative opportunities
• Champion the development and implementation of consistent controls, policies, and procedures throughout operations and supply chain
• Perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand the environments and associated financial opportunities
• Develop and deploy internal controls and organizational metrics dashboards
• Deliver training, coach and mentor Project Champions
• Leverage the flexibility of Agile, Six Sigma, and OKR Performance Improvement practice to enhance operational efficiency
What We Look For • Contact external: Past relationships with telecom dealers, customers, end users, and vendors as Senior Sale Executive. To assist in the sale of SIP, Hosted and Data solutions. Able to motivate, resolve, and escalated when necessary, issues to other company departments (Must have)
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experiences selling IT Services, telecommunications, phones systems, hosted and Data services. (Must have)
• Experience B2B sales and prospect generation in South Florida
• Perfectly bilingual and must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiar with Business Telephone Systems Technology – PBX
• Self-motivated, driven to succeed with strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated maturity, self confidence and flexibility with good business sense
• Ability to adapt and excel in fast paced, changing market conditions
• Must have access to a vehicle
