Console Connect Edge Port

• Console Connect Edge Port is an Access E-Line carrier Ethernet service connecting the customer’s commercial building location to the Console Connect platform

• Customer must provide their own on-premise endpoint equipment, Console Connect and Convergia will assign an Order Coordinator to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the Edge Port

The location of where the Edge Port connects to the Console Connect platform may not be the geographically closest location to the customer premise

The on-ramp location is based on where the Console Connect platform interconnects with the underlying provider
