With Wireline, your business gets more than just an Internet connection.
- Ultra-High Speed Connectivity: Enjoy a low-latency network with symmetrical speeds of up to 10 Gbps, ensuring maximum performance for your critical cloud applications
- End-to-End Security and Reliability: Protect your data with private connections (PtoP and MPLS) and 99.99% availability, backed by our robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Pan-American Coverage with a Single Point of Contact: Simplify the management of your connectivity in Canada, the US, Mexico, and LATAM with a single provider, a single bill, and unified support
- Proactive 24/7/365 Support from People for People: Our Network Operations Center (NOC) constantly monitors your service and offers technical support with a guaranteed 15-minute response time for critical issues
Convergia Direct Internet Access (DIA)
- Convergia’s Direct Internet Access (DIA) connectivity service provides customers with dedicated Internet access
- Convergia DIA offers fully symmetrical and dedicated bandwidth that provides unshared and equal speed for download and upload transmissions
- The Convergia DIA connectivity service is available 365/24×7 for a fixed price, regardless of usage
- Convergia DIA connectivity bandwidth speeds range from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps
Convergia Network-to-Network Interface (NNI)
Convergia NNI will provide and manage the interconnection of the central providers, among two others
Service Components
- Last Mile: Convergia’s partnerships with local exchange carriers (LECs) in all regions ensure the connection of customer premises to the nearest point of presence (PoP). The last mile is primarily fiber optic; if fiber is not available, the options are copper or fixed wireless. Convergia can also offer a selection of asymmetric broadband if necessary
- Bandwidth: The customer will choose the speed available for their internet service, ranging from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps and above
- CPE Router: Convergia offers a selection of CPE routers from Netgate, Fortinet, or Cisco to connect last-mile customer offices to dedicated Internet access
- Monitoring and Management: Convergia offers customers 24×7 monitoring and management service from our Network Operations Center
- Convergia MPLS manages quality of service (QoS) traffic latency, jitter, packet loss, and downtime
- Prioritize different types of traffic, for example, one level for voice, one level for time-sensitive traffic, and one level for best-effort traffic
Convergia Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS)
- Convergia Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) enables enterprises and service providers to build intelligent next-generation networks that deliver a wide variety of advanced and value-added services over a single infrastructure
- Convergia MPLS can be integrated into any existing infrastructure, such as IP, Frame Relay, ATM, or Ethernet
Subscribers with different access links can be added to an MPLS edge without changing their current environments, as MPLS is independent of access technologies - The integration of MPLS application components, including Layer 3 VPNs, Layer 2 VPNs, traffic engineering, QoS, GMPLS, and IPV6, enables the development of highly efficient, scalable, and secure networks that guarantee service level agreements
- Convergia MPLS offers highly scalable, differentiated end-to-end IP services with simple configuration, management, and provisioning for providers and subscribers
PtoPs are most commonly used when establishing secure data center connections for disaster recovery backups, transfers of very large and sensitive files, video streaming, telecommunications, data center-to-data center connectivity, and any use case where the fastest and most secure connectivity is required
Convergia Point to Point connections (PtoP)
Point-to-Point (PtoP) connections are private, leased lines that securely connect two (or more) locations, creating a closed network
Data from PtoP connections is not on the public internet, making it very fast and extremely secure
Convergia PtoP connections are built with
