Edge Port

Edge Port is an Ethernet bearer Access E-Line service that connects the customer’s commercial building location to the Console Connect platform

The customer must provide their own on-site endpoint equipment. Convergia will assign an Order Coordinator to ensure the timely and seamless delivery of the Edge Port

The location where the edge port connects to the platform may not be the geographically closest to the customer’s facilities. The location of the access ramp is based on where the platform interconnects with the underlying provider
